Welcome to the Istanbul International Model United Nations (Istanbul International MUN), organized by Neoterican LLC. By registering and participating in Istanbul International MUN, you agree to adhere to the following comprehensive Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

Istanbul International MUN is a global platform aimed at fostering leadership, diplomacy, and collaboration among students and young professionals. By participating, Applicants commit to upholding the principles and values outlined in this agreement, ensuring a structured and enriching experience.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Open Participation: Istanbul International MUN is open to participants from all over the world, regardless of nationality.
2.2 Prior Experience: Istanbul International MUN does not require applicants to have prior experience.

2. Registration

2.1 Rights: The rights of registration for Istanbul International MUN are only owned by the official website of Istanbul International MUN.
2.2 Information: The registration process will require applicants to fill all the requistes of the form which includes brief information about them and also the council and country they would like to opt for.
2.3 Prior Experience: Istanbul International MUN does not require applicants to have prior experience.
2.4 Emails List: By registering for Istanbul International MUN, you consent to subscribing to our upcoming events' information emailing list. You can opt out at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button on any of our emails.
2.5 Privacy: We process applicant information in accordance with our privacy policy.

3. Payment

3.1 Registration Process: Applicants must register through the official Istanbul International MUN website and provide accurate information.
3.1 Payment Channel: Payments must be made through the official website of Istanbul International MUN. Payments must be made through accepted methods, including credit/debit cards and wire transfers.
3.2 Refund Policy: As we have to pay hotels, vendors, tour guides, buses etc. Well in advance, payments are non-refundable.
3.3 Late Registration: Late registrations are subject to availability.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1 Integrity: Applicants must provide truthful information. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.
4.2 Original Work: All submissions, including position papers, must be original and free of plagiarism.
4.3 Behavioral Expectations: Respect and professionalism are mandatory. Harassment or disruptive behavior will result in expulsion without a refund.
4.4 Legal Compliance: Applicants must adhere to the laws of the host country and conference guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Materials Provided: All study guides and documents are the intellectual property of Neoterican LLC.
5.2 Restrictions: Unauthorized use or distribution of materials will lead to legal action.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Personal Responsibility: Participation is at the Applicant’s own risk.
6.2 Insurance: Applicants are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance.
6.3 Third-Party Services: The Organizer is not responsible for issues related to accommodation or transportation providers.

7. Amendments

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Applicants will be informed of significant changes via the official website or email.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, specifically the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in Wyoming courts.
